Midas modelling called and during meeting in month of aug 2016 they told that your kid can be selected by advertising agencies but you have to make photo shoot by paying 15000/20000/25000 as per the album type. They will make three copies and out of that two will be retained by them so that they will send to advertising agency and one will be given to you. They will force you to pay any mode or they will call you n number of times. During payment, they will bring agreement copy in which it will be written that midas will be giving free of charge service for getting selected for advertsing but if selected they will charge 25% of the money. If your kid don't get opportunity midas will be not responsible as it is free service. But this fact they did not disclosed and they verbally commit that your kid will get 99% selected.in this way they trap innocent parent and i too got trapped. Also, the signing authority is fake but you dont come to know it as they make hurry for signing agreement. It seems some peon signs the agreement with you. After making payment, its your turn to call them for photoshoot. After several call they gave third party photographer who carried out photo shoot in shoody way in small apartment including outdoor in parking area. Again i have to make calls for photos and albums. This process took about six months and than i have to call several times to midas for getting opportunity for advertsing and they never turned up. Then i came to know that as per agreement you cannot sue them as it mentions free servcice of getting opportunity for your kid through ad agency. So you feel that these bugs had cheated you. I too got cheated by these bugs. Only you have to satisfied that you get photos by having huge money and this way it is illegal business carried out by midas.
I request you to take necessary action against these peoples and stop their fake business of cheating the innocent parents.
Also, i request all vigilant parents to remain away from midas modelling who had got call from this agency for showing dreams of their kids getting opportunity in modelling.
