Midasbuy — They deducted me for 6000uc and still havent gotten it in my PUBG account

I purchased the amount of 6000uc on midasbuy on the 9th of January and my account was deducted but I never got the uc in my PUBG account (ID: [protected]) up on till now pls help me fix the problem
