Please please don't waste your money and time by purchasing product from Midea. Dishwasher stopped working after just 7 months of purchase and prior to that it was used very rarely. I raised complaint with company and parts required for repairing have not been arranged for more than one and half month. Attached are screenshot of my mails to company. No one bothers. After sales support is just rubbish. May be they are doing that deliberately after receiving instructions from their Head Office which is in other country. I GOT SO FED UP THAT I HAD TO FILE COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM OF INDIA.
Flipkart and all other E commerce websites should ban companies like Midea. Its my request to all customers to boycott products of Midea. It's been more than seven weeks since dishwasher stopped working.
Please go through attached screenshots. Then only my grievance will be realized by others.
