Minda Stoneridge Instruments Ltd. — Parcel not received

Hi,

I have booked a parcel (5 carton boxes of kitchen items)through railway parcel service on 16.06.2014 (Bill number F117185) at Pune junction.Its was send to pune to madurai.

At the time of booking external agencies were asking extra money apart from voucher money. (They said for loading, , unloading& handling charges ) . First denied & and then finally, I gave the extra money to them .

After 2 days, my parents went to madurai junction to take the luggage's.Till now not received.
So I asked that agent, he is telling that already luggage sent.

So i need to track my luggage's, where its avaliable now & retain to madurai.
Kindly someone help to come out of this problem.
