Hi myself amit kothari i purchased two different items from 8ball pool game developed by miniclip, but both times money was deducted from account, but i did not get the purchased items when i contacted the miniclip they told that i made a purchase through the third party app, which is times of money and told me to contact you. So please do help to resolve my problem. I am sharing the screen shots of the purchases i made.
