I recently purchased items worth Rs 500 from your Orion Mall Bengaluru store on 5th Feb. I tried paying using Google pay initially but it got stuck and then later I handed over cash to complete the transaction. However, the very next minute, the Google pay transaction completed and I showed it to the billing executive.
They said that they will not be able to return the cash, but I will get a refund in my account by the next day. They noted my name, phone number and the total amount. It has been 3 days and I haven't received any refund. I tried reaching out the Miniso Customer complaint number but nobody answered it. I have the bill copy and the transaction details and I have attached the same with this email.
Please look through this and initiate my refund as soon as possible.
