I was trying to make payment for learning license fee of rs.350, but due to some issue payment was not initiated for this service. Than i tried to make another payment to complete the process. But the status on parivahan site still shows as "payment is pending... Please wait for 30 mins for confirmation from the bank or please connect rto".
I chose online service to apply for learning license to cut down the brokerage charges before applying for any services. But due to this unexpectable long term problem forcing me to pay extra brokerage fee to ride from this type of issue. This is completely unacceptable in today's digital economy promoted by mr modi. This is not a way that a person make him/her self confident in this digital world.
I am going to rto office to tackle this problem, but this not a good thing. Govt. Should focus on these types of issues so that indians can make them self confident.
