MINT — Mint subscription issues

My name is Gopal Maheshwari, R/o flat No-101, Corbett tower, The forest, Sector-92, Noida-201301.

I had subscribed for Mint newspaper for one year on 09th December 2015 through one of your executive Mr. Shiv Dutt (Ph. No. [protected]).
Mr. Shiv had collected a cheque dated 9th Dec, 2015 and assured that I shall be receiving newspaper from within 4 weeks.
It has been 3 months, but the delivery of newspaper has not been started yet.


My office had to reach out to your customer care several times before being informed that our cheque hadn’t been cleared (told to us on 8th March)
As per my bank statement, it was cleared on 1st Mar, 2016 (Attached herewith). Don’t know the reason of such a late clearance though.

This huge lapse in procedure and the trouble that we had to go through in following up with you is very disappointing.

Same thing happened last year year too, I had to face the same issue and after paying the money we were never delivered the news paper. I have checked with few friends as well and they faced similar issues.

However, whatever money is already taken from me by you can not be just eaten up by you like that (like last year), which you must be doing with thousands of people and making a huge sum for your self by this fraud.
