Mio Amore (Monginis) — Fungal food item sold

I bought 02 chicken internet from the store at Mayfair Sqaure, of which one had severe fungus on that, something black in colour surrounded with white ones. By the time I saw that, I had already eaten half. There is no guarantee that I may not have swallowed that in the other half. Upon returning that back to the shop, the shop owner misbehaved with us, as if it was our mistake to have not eaten that fungal part. that lady in return questioned me that if the same had happened in my hotel with any customer, had my reaction been the same. (P.S. I work in a star category hotel), to which I replied that the same customer would have sued the hotel. I mean Wow..is that how you treat a complaint? and she even had the audacity to tell me that they do not want to sell their items to customers like me who complain. First of all the company should keep educated staffs and give the franchise to people who at least know how to talk and deal with the customers. and at the same time there was another complaint for rotten sandwiches and still she claimed that its possible. they should be taught how to talk and deal with the customers, if not the franchise should be cancelled. she is such a rude lady with zero sense of ethics and etiquettes.
