Have made multiple attempts to reach miracas to app, email, message customer care phone number and facebook had no luck and thought that this is going to like an nightmare.
Now it's over 2 month still there has not been any appropriate response coming from miracas and it's team.
There is no response on when i shall get the delivery. Later i send another message asking to cancel the order and refund me the relationship manager assigned does not take any ownership.
I just want my money back.
