Misubishi Electric Airconditioner — Air conditioner claimed and sold as higher tonnage

I enquired with your approved dealer for a 2 Ton AC.
Mitsubishi approved dealer in Mangalore, EXpress Cool has sold me the mentioned model of AC claiming it to be 2 Ton- MSY/MUY-JP22VF
I have an invoice where this AC capacity is mentioned as 2 TOn
However, thanks to pour family friend we came to know that it is only 1.9 ton.
Item# 2 on attached bill mentioned as 2 Ton.
When contacted dealer claims that this AC is 2 Ton.
I feel that this dealer has cheated me as my requirement was for a 2 Ton AC and when questioned he is not willing to accept his mistake.
I need Mitsubishi to look into this matter and take appropriate action against the dealer.
