Mitsubishi Heavy — Defect air conditioner purchase

Dear Sir/Mam,
This is in reference to the split air-condition 1.1 Ton from your esteemed brand which I purchased from your authorized dealer M/S. Standard Teletronics Adds: 468/6A Kalyan Bhuvan, Matunga, Mumbai -400019 on 18 th November 2014, with invoice number 793.
within a year of purchase, The cooling of the machine was reduced on inspection by your technical engineer, it was conferred the defect in the condenser coil. this was replaced from your technical team.
Recently, when again, I had called the technical engineer to check the display sensor, it would found it has a defect. I had a lot of faith in a Japanese product, hence with so many other options available to me during my purchase, I went ahead with a reputed brand like yours. I am heartbroken with the issues arising due to this.
I would sincerely hope you can help me resolve this at your earliest.
