A) Unethical Behaviour :
Denied for PCB repair, then accepted to repair, told 5500 expense, some other guy told 4500, no response till 15 days after confirmation from my side to repair and when i called today, initially told that they hadn't received my confirmation to repair. When i proved that i had confirmed, told me that it wouldn't be repaired and we are sending back the PCB to you.
B) False commitment and later denying
C) Large TAT and no answerability.
D) No guarantee after repair.
Now telling that they would repair PCB, and take 4500 and later if it wont work they don't have any guarantee. Was this information helpful? |
