I had requested for the replacement of my mivi collar bluetooth wireless earphones, with order number '[protected]' which i had bought from amazon on 23rd dec 2019, in june since they suddenly stopped working and were under warranty. After a month of coordinating with the customer support team, they finally agreed for a replacement and informed that i will receive the replacement in 3-7 days. It has been more than two weeks since i am waiting for the replacement and i email them nearly every day for an update, but now there is no response from them. I called them multiple times on their official support number and no one is available to respond there as well. I have already messaged the ceo of the company but i don't think that i would get a response. As a last resort i have come here to file a complaint against mivi for the awful support provided to the consumer. Was this information helpful? |
