I ordered mivi collar classic from Ecom website . After few months I faced connectivity issue when I wrote to them through email they said they to connect with other device and see .i did same still the issue was same.. later they said they will collect product and resolve the issue. They collected my product and after that no respond. Everyday I'm mail them no respond . They just says due to covid there delays delay is of 10 days or 2 months ..
