I bought a product from their website on 14th may, 2020 and made online payment via paytm. The order id was 1077 and i received a message conforming the order. However, neither have i received any communication from the merchant nor my order has arrived till now. The merchant website, mm-bulks. Myshopify.com has disappeared. There is no way i can contact the merchant anymore. I found the instagram account of the website and pinged the merchant there but received no response. Also, i mailed him but no reply. Kindly help. The order amount was rs. 250.
This was the message of conformation received:
