Hi..
I hv booked my tickets on 18/dec/2017_two times in a row.. But both time due to some network issue ticket can't be booked but money has been debited from my account. Now it has been more than 15 days. I have send so many mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in. But they were not able to help me.
I hv olready send them necessary details whatever they want like transaction i'd booking date etc.
