Hili mobikwick.com . Worst service ever
I have paid my electricity bill via mobikwick app last month 27 april 2016. Now i get mseb bill there is pending bill come along with current bill. So called mseb customer care and given my customer id they said we didn't received any payment from last month. So i called mobikwick i lodged complaint ticket which is not responded.
I also tried calling their customer care number -

I was kept on hold for almost 10 mins today morning waiting for a agent to answer which never hapenned and eventually they disconnected the call.
