I have closed the mobikwik paylater 500 . But it is still showing overdue in my account. Kindly resolve the issue.

I have used the Mobikwik paylater amount of 22, 270 and I haven't paid it yet and after my due dates the calls has started from the recovery agency. And after telling them I won't pay right now they are not listening as they are behind their targets. Day before yesterday on 27 Feb 2024 a lady from the recovery team named Diksha Toraskar (her contact number [protected]) has send me normal messages on my number with much ride behaviour and as I am also a lady I can file a FIR under section 509 of Indian penal code. 1860, that if recovery agents used vulgar words against women. I took a Zip loan of Rs. 40000 from MobiKwik on Wednesday, 21st February 2024. The loan got approved, the EMI schedule also started in the app immediately, but the loan amount has not been deposited to my bank account till now. On reaching MobiKwik via their app, and email I was told that the amount will get credited to my registered bank account within 24-48 working hours. However, now even after almost 50 working hours...

On 15.08.2023 ther is an fraud transaction happened in my mobikwik zip wallet. Immediately reported to cyber police and mobikwik team.

But Mobikwik recovery agents harassing me to pay and abusing me in calls and WhatsApp messages.

Then lodged complaint in RBI ombudsman for harassing me....

Please never for this APP- you will regret it soo bad later! Their interest rates are soo high and their penalty is worse.

I have applied for a loan in mobikwik app which they are providing for customers as a ZIP EMI loan. The amount was withdrawn by me on 29th December and still the amount is not received into my bank account. Instead of looking into the issue mobikwik is harrassing me to pay the EMI. I am getting several calls and messages on WhatsApp to pay the EMI. And also my CIBIL score is affecting due to this....

Recently a fraud happened in mobikwik for 9540 on the same day i call customer care and disabled my account, I raise a complaint a case in cyber crime and they recovered 6100 and 3440 bance is pending and zip bill generated i am unable to pay due to my account is disable, i asked customer care to send the link to pay the send the link but its failing all the time, i called them several times to active my account they refused, and asked them send the linke they are sending but its failing i am following them from 1 and today 5 th last date to pay even today i have called them 3 times, they send the link but its failing. tomorrow they will fine 1000 rupees in this the mobikwik is looting the people.

I have been calling and sending mail to Mobikwik since 16th January 2024 regarding a debit in my Mobikwik Wallet for Rs.5000 while doing a transfer of 5000 from Wallet to Bank of India Account: [protected].

It’s a Technical Failure happened in Mobikwik on 16th Jan’24 and Bank of India is not involved in this transaction...

Harrassing me blackmailing me unknown unknown numbers and used abused lungauge to my contact list and my relatives please stop this nonsense its not listen my condition..and call again and again to my relatives i request you please stop this person.that person says my name is rahul nd he tourcher me for payment he continues calling my relatives please stop this

Its not been a month even. Their agents are continuously calling me and now they are threatening me to call my contact list which they have hacked and moreover they have threatened to use my aadhar cards photo as well. How can RBI registered company sell our data to 3rd party agency. I ahve lodged a complaint to their greviance cell as well but they have not replied and no0w its almost 2 days. I have called their customer care agents where they have clearly denied of such practices and confirm that the same will not happen but still its happening. Please help me . I missed my Emi and mobikwik starts calling me alot of time in a day with different numbers then they start harassing me and after that the Agents named Arohi Jain and her mates keeps calling my friends and relatives and harassing them, i didn't share my contact list, still they have my whole contacts. I even paid half of the amount early but still they are calling my relatives and abusing them.

However, despite the funds being debited from my Zip wallet, there has been no response or confirmation from my landlord's end. Furthermore, I have not received any transaction ID or related details pertaining to this transaction.When I attempted to review the transaction details on the Mobikwik app, I was met with a message stating "Invoice Not Available, " which is both concerning and frustrating. The lack of a proper invoice or transaction ID makes it challenging for me to track or verify the payment status.I understand that technical glitches or errors can occur in any system. However, as a customer, I expect transparency and immediate resolution when such issues arise. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide me with:A clear explanation for the delay and lack of transaction details.Confirmation of the payment status and assurance that the funds have reached the intended recipient.Immediate resolution or refund of the amount deducted if the transaction cannot be completed successfully.I trust that Mobikwik values its customers and their trust in the platform.
