I made payment of rs.2047 to reliance trends on 27th jun 2018 through mobikwik mobile application using my axis bank debit card.. Amount got debited from my bank account but the payment was unsuccessful at the merchant end. So the order has been cancelled but amount was not refunded. I raised complaint regarding this issue to reliance trends after a month of investigation on aug 11 2018 the amount has been refunded to mobikwik. It is being showed in my mobikwik mobile account history.
But when i raised charge back sheet against this transaction in axis bank, mobikwik continuously rejecting. I have been following this issue from june 2018, but till now the amount is not refunded back to my wallet or bank account. Here i have attached the invoice copy from reliance trends. Very hard to deal with mobikwik since my complaints have been marked as resolved without providing any solution & not able to reach them through mobile, i raised many times regarding the same issue on their support service. Mobikwik ticket nos:9490509, 8643143, 9605402,. I have been harassed between axis bank & reliance trends since mobikwik blaming the merchant & bank. Now i m not able to reach mobikwik customer care from my mobikwik mobile application. It is showing invalid cell number!!! Till now the amount rs.2047 is not yet credited back to my wallet.
