Mobikwik Refund — refund not received

Query

I have booked for pvr cinema tickets on 09.05.2019 amounting rs 1478/- through mobikwik payment gateway on my indian bank net banking. Ticket was not issued. When i check from pvr, they are telling ticket was cancelled and refund issued. My mobikwik balance was nil. Please look into matter and resolve it. Thanks & regards
