I gave a prepaid order for mobile battery having order id[protected] on 21/05/20. The date of delivery was 28/05/20. But till now they don't delivery this item and not responding any mail or call. Are you a fraud organisation?.

    I have order[protected] &[protected] of two batteries of yu5530 mobile and pay online money to mobileemart.com on 08 may 2020. Till date no order is dispatched to me and both customers support no.: [protected] / [protected] is switched off till first day. No any response of message or chat.

          I'm ordered a folder of karbonn k9 smart yuva
          But i can't take my order, i'm get to contact with him but one time he will reply me. When i try to call him. It's both number were switched off. I'm paid money through internet banking.
          Plz resolve my issue. Refund my money as soon as possible.

            They r given a phone number to check the order status... But that number is fake... Always switched off...

                                  I have ordered two products from them on 8th may 2020. The transaction is done through internet banking. My order number is[protected]. Till now the order is not shipped. When i try to contact their customer care, both the numbers ([protected] / [protected]) are switched off. I emailed them, no response. It's a fraudster company. Cheating publically. Plan to register a police complaint soon.

                                    This company called me and wanted to know my debit card number after seeing my previous complain about not giving delivery still paying Rupees 424 by prepaid. I paid them through net banking paytm and they can easily refund my money through my account number and bank Ifsc code. But why they wanted to know my debit card number i don't know and i disagreed to share it with them then they said they can't refund me without my debit card number. So it is certain that Mobile E Mart is a totally fraud company. 1st they takes order only with prepaid and gives expected delivery date then they don't give delivery, then if anybody complains then they call that customer and wants to know his/ her debit card number. I think this is totally fake process to deal with customers. So kindly refund me through my account number and ifsc code else i am ready to take all other necessary steps.

                                      I ordered battery for micromax q437 bharat 3 on 23rd may, 2020 and i completed my payment rupees 424. My order id is[protected]. Expected date of my delivery was 30.05.2020 but still i didn't get my product and status of my product is still under processing. I have a great need of my product. My phone got switched off and company's phone numbers and email id's are not responding. Please return my money or deliver me the product very soon else i have to take necessary steps.
