I bought a new kabon a9+ Mobile Headset on 1st of Jan 2013,& on 9th of Jan the same phone got struck(phone Dead)& thus made submit it to Customer care Held @ Jalandhar on 11th of Jannuary & they said to Take Phone Back in 20-25 Days & till Date i havent Had got it.Even to the Customer Care of The company i made Enquiries After Enquiries & on 1st of Feb They promised they said to me tht ur set works & they ll dispatch on the very Same Day.Later on 4th i made a visit to Service Station &got a reply tht ur phone is still with a company+havent dispatched yet-Register Complaint No of mine is kjasppb024113k3176.Companys Ph. No-[protected] Against Name-ROHIT,So i Request you to look into my matter personally & solve it Earliest.
