what is the correct fee for PUC certificates for 2 wheelers?? the mobile van people are charging 50 rs. for this..and the irony is, the fee is not printed on the certificate issued. also this fee is not updated in rto website even. yesterday the mobile van guy near myhome jewel apartments in manjeera pipe line road charged 50rs.. for my bike PUC. please take necessary action on such people.
