Whenever i try to connect to internet , it shows only "NETWORK BUSY"
Like that.. I can't connect even i put 65 rupee pack internet pack , i
set manually network . But i shows same error .. Docomo network waste.

I have problem in internet connection not working properly. Customer care does not give me proper answer about internet connection. I have call many times to call center they only say change the setting. i have change setting many times but doesn't give any solution. I have call on this date also 11/03/2013. But customer care employee doesn't give any solution she disconnect a call. So i need a solution for that. They have cheated me.

I have a Tata Docomo prepaid number [protected].In the last one month or so I have had utter frustration and wasted a lot of time in trying to get my issue resolved from the company. This has however not worked out and I have totally given up now as none of my complaints have ever received any responses. Here is some information about the issue:
I have taken a Tata docomo prepaid sim card in which free Internet connection network connectivity usage was given for a period two (02) month. After using 30 days of net connection there is now no internet network connection .i have complaint for it several time. I have been having issues with the Internet connection network connectivity with Tata Docomo for a little over one month now. The reason I moved to Tata Docomo is because they assured o[censored]ninterrupted services versus competitors in the market and at a much reasonable price. However even after logging complaints I have not received any responses.
I would pay for the usage but atleast resolve the issue. I request you to kindly help me with this.
