We are facing issue of increase numbers of mobile towers and other networks towers in my nearby neighborhood. Now a day people are utilizing their residential houses in installation of tower in low rise house.
Mr. Narander Thakur R/o Vimla Sadan, H.No.3, Adarsh Nagar, Nandgram, Ghaziabad utilizing there house in fully hazardous activity also violating the Rule or Order of Honorable Supreme court of LAW(2013).
Violation of NGT ACT 2010.
Mr. Narender also violating our right to Health & Right to clean environment under Article 21 of Indian Constitution.
(1) Towers on roof top with reference to attach photo 1 & 2 The Narendra already having two towers on their roof top and few days before one more mobile tower he added to their roof top now total 3 towers he have.
As we all know that the World Health Organization confirmed many cases with serious health issue like cancer due to the radiations form Network towers
On 5th July 2013 Supreme Court of India held up this decision and Orders network towers to be removed and prohibited from school, colleges, residential area, hospitals just because of “Radiation Hazardous to Life”
But still there is increase in number of towers day by day by violating all the LAW.
So, requesting you to take necessary action on priority and provide us a clean environment.
