[Resolved]  Mobiletopup.co.in — Lucky Draw fraud

On 14th Oct'14 i received a call from http://mobiletopup.co.in/ website Sr. Reward Executive Mr.Rajeev Upadhyay (Mobile: [protected] and [protected]) informing me about winning a samsung mobile Galaxy S5 worth Rs.36, 999.00 and Reebok goodies worth Rs.6, 999.00 in the daily lucky draw for recharging my mobile on there website and to claim that i have to pay them as per govt. rule TDS 30% u/s 194B plus service tax 12.36% total around Rs.14, 830.00. After making the payment they will dispatch the mobile and reebok goodies to my given address at Hyderabad. But when i insisted i can't pay the whole amount at one time without and security, so they said once i pay them Rs.1000.00 as commitment payment they will dispatch it same day through Gojavas courier on COD basis. So i made the payment same day and received acknowledgement from them on my email. But the Samsung S5 mobile was delivered to me after two days and when i opened it i found that the mobile was a duplicate one not an original one, when i intimated them about it on email to [protected]@mobiletopup.co.in and [protected]@mobiletopup.co.in there replied me that they were really sorry for it and arrange for a reverse pickup and deposit the given amount into my bank a/c. But i am sure that there are not going to return my money after speaking to some of there earlier victims like me. Please help me
