I made recharge for my mobile on[protected], Due to some technical issues in site .it was failed and they didn't processed the refund till now and even i am doing regular follow ups with customer care people for the same. ammount deducted from my creditcard but neither got the balance nor the ammount refunded.

Hi i had done a recharge of 434 for my vodafone number [protected] and transaction id is -MTP18108203 but transaction failed but ammount debited from my account. when will i get my ammount refunded.
