The order 5532550 was tracked by the courier Xbees Heavy initially, now moglix customer care is giving me a tracking number of delivery which is belonging to madurai. They are confusing the customer to extreme level and not providing the correct information. IIf they cannot provide me correct tracking details. I request them to cancel my order and initiate refund of the amount. Customer cannot be troubled by the courier. Also the manual courier provided by them is belonging to madurai address. They promise me that it will reach by 20-May-2024. But I am not happy with all this as there is no tracking number for the order.

I installed the delhivery app in mobile and was tracking the courier with my mobile number. I found the delivery details are correct now.
Moglix customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
