It is to inform that in my recent bill rs.90.00 charged for vas services vip games which is not availed by me and there is no such game in my mobile. Further i have never utilised such vas services on my mobile no. [protected].. I am surprise with shock that i have never utilised such services in my mobile then how idea can unauthorisedly charged rs. 90.00 in current bill of november-2015... Therefore you requested to give credit of rs. 90/- immediately .. Further recently contineously getting sms from idea for unauthorisedly impose of charges of rs. 90 for vip games & rs.35 per week for video talkies which i have never used or demanded ...By imposing unauthorised charges for vip games & video talkies vas services ... Further please note that i am not interested for any vas services like vip games or video talkies so if you have started without my consent may deactivate immediately... I am not satisfied with the services by idea as you are harassing me by imposing various vas services for which i have never requested you .. Kindly stop all vas services which i have never used or demanded but forcefully imposed on me failing which i will move to consumer for for justice..
