Dear sir Mehran toll Plaza taking the money as we all know that all toll Plaza are stoped by Indian govt. If any one denay to pay money then they use the abuse words and starts fight. These all things happened with me at nabha to malerkotla road.they said no police man and any govt. Officer can stop us because we have a power of higher authority.so you have to pay.
