Never buy a home with mona builders. Just go and ask residents in zirakpur how they are suffering in the projects delivered by them.. No security, no electricity, dirty water supply, dogs in the premises, thefts, labour residing within premises.. It's a living hell.. Never buy a home with mona developers.. The maintence service is really pathetic in the society.. Builder never listens and is never ready to talk to the residents to solve their matters..
