I bought a packet of bournvita biscuits on 15/4/2020 which had the packaging date of 22/01/2020. I don't know where has this thing taken place whether in the factory or somewhere else. When i opened the packet, the first 2 or 3 biscuits were completely damaged, clayey, was black in colour and was smelling very bad. It was rotting and had a very very foul smell and appearance. The packet was not damaged and didn't had any cut or opened seal which could be affected by any physical factor like air or water. I know this is the ongoing time of corona epidemic outbreak, but i hope that i get fast response.
