I am Neha Mehra from Rishikesh Uttarakhand and i am writing this compalint to raise a concern regarding a bad experience which i had to face with cadbury diary milk family pack.
I am a die-hard fan of cadbury diary milk chcolates and I used to buy it very frequently, But the quality of diary milk chocolate (family pack) bought last time ie on jan 8 august 2021 was so pathetic. I opened the packet and had few pieces and felt there is a some taste and texture difference. Noticing that I opened the entire packet and was shocked to see the pathetic condition of chocolate. (Please find attached the images). We checked the expiry date to confirm whether this is a mistake by the retailer. But surprisingly the packed date was 6/21 and I understood expiry date is not over and the problem is with the manufacturer. More over, the whole night I was having severe stomach ache.
I initially thought to go to consumer court, but then thought to raise our concern to the company itself, since I have been eating diary milk chocolates from our childhood and it is for the first time we are facing this. I don't know what is the reason for the deteriorating quality of our favourite chocolate brand from childhood days. On 8/8/21 I placed complaint and 10/8, 15/8/21 I placed reminder regarding my complaint, I received I call from your side that you will take that product by 13/8 but no action has been taken till now.
I am really very disappointed with your this behaviour. If my complaint doesn't get resolve as soon as possible I will definitely go to consumer court regarding this.
