[Resolved]  Mondelez India Foods / Cadbury India — Regarding customised Cadbury pack

It's been more than two weeks of ordering customised Cadbury pack but still I didn't get any updates about the order. I have sent many complaint letters but no reply. I expect order status.

Thank you for your enquiry. You can check the status of your order on the link - https://www.cadburygifting.in/sales/shipping/index you can track the shipment details against the order no. Alternatively, you may click on the tracking link provided by us in the 'Shipping Confirmation' email sent to you. Also, our partnered courier service providers (Bluedart, Shadowfax) will provide you with the AWB number through which you can check and track the status of your order.
