[Resolved] Money Classic Research — money refund process fraud

Hi, recently i have got call from money classic.. I transferred 2001 first and second to me 5000 because if i pay 7000 rs only they refund. So i paid total 7000. Now they are playing with me saying money not credited in they account. Untill they get money in their account they won’t start refund process. So i contacted payumoney and my bank.. They said money transfer processed.in summary ian saying though money credited in their account they are not refunding my money. Can anyone suggest me. What steps i can take further.

Updated by Raj kumar pulla After seeing all the above they messages they activated my account with them ...Now i dont have any other option to get money back.
Now they are saying u dont have other option than doing business with US.
I dont want to activate this but they activated account with them.
Please help me some one to get money back .
Where will i complaint further about this

totally wrong...there is no chance i[censored] pay and second party inform u that payment complete and company not received this making fool nothing. DO FILE CASE AGAINST THATS ALL

This problem not yet solved... They said they have refund policy... And they took my bank account number too to refund money... Still they didn't
