[Resolved]  Monginis Cake — Bad quality

I have booked a half kg chocolate cake from Monginis Titwala branch, Dist: Thane on 9th November. I found that the cake was stale and even the quality that monginis is providing has become much more worst. Before purchasing it, i did asked the shopkeeper whether tha cake is fresh or not, but he told that it is. This has happened twice that the quality of the cake is worst. And it has been noticed from reviews too, that monginis is not providing the best quality, though they are charging the same. I request you to take a action against them especially titwala branch, because cakes should not be kept more den two days if its not getting sold. And this people it seems they keep the cakes for months. I am very very disappointed against them. Its not only about the money we lose but also they lose their trust as well as customers.I want that this problem should be solved within a couple of days. Either close this titwala franchise or else just knock down the entire monginis for the bad quality that they provide.
