Monte Carlo Fashions — Received of less items than ordered ( I received six items against ordered seven items)

I had ordered 3 blankets and 1 gents thermal upper, 1 gents thermal lower & 2 ladies thermal upper vide order no MC10356263 dated 15th February, 2024. On 27/02/2024, I received the delivery in a 2 x3 x 3 feet big carton box. However, after opening the box, I found that one ladies thermal upper (item code: 6220JL3WH) is missing. Monte Carlo Fashions — Exchange/Refund against a Defective Sweatshirt

I recently purchased a sweatshirt (Item Code: MEN'S SWEAT SHIRT-RN-F/S 2 42) from MONTE CARLO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM located at 84-SCF, FIRST FLOOR, RAJGURU MARKET, HISAR.

Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the sweatshirt I purchased is defective, and the fabric appears to be in poor condition.
