Morning Star Travels — Charging more amount for luggage

I have booked the ac sleeper bus ticket from hyderabad to chennai. I have 4 bags and 5 cottons of luggage. When i have booked the tickets, i already informed them there is a more luggage how much you will charge for that. They have told me, for bags there will be no charge and for extra 5 cottons you have to pay 250. But when i am boarding at l b nagar with luggage the driver is asking me for 1 cotton 300. Finally they have taken from me 1300 for all cottons. I will rate for this travels 1 out of 5. There is no proper communication between them.
