Hi we have booked two tickets from Chennai to eluru on 11-Feb-18 and carrying 3 bags and 1 box which is of medium suitcase size and weights around 4 kg. There is no limit mention in morning star travels website, but at boarding point they didn't allow us to carry the box unless it is booked as Parcel. They have charged 150/- for that, also their behavior is very rude. When I asked for the luggage limitations on their site, they said it will not be mentioned but company told them to follow that rule. For 1 person 1 bag and 1 suitcase is allowed, I didn't see this rule either in their website or the redbus application where I booked my ticket. Why there is no luggage limit in kgs mentioned in the site.?. When a person is paying 900rs for a ticket can't you people allow 4 kgs box. Advise your staff to behave properly with the customers.

I am travelling alone now today on October 4 from nagpur to hyd. I have a luggage bag, 1 suitcase and handbag and small laptop bag with me and a bloody bugger who is reporting in the bus was abusing me, threatening me saying that he will get me out of the bus as this much luggage is not allowed. U mean morning star wants one person to carry a single bag. Just one single bag.thats it.if not you are thrown out of the bus. Pls I request everyone not to book a morning star bus.
