Morning Star Travels — washroom for ladies

Address: Btm layout ,maruthi Nagar ,devi pg near borahs kitchen 2nd stage, 560076

When i book morning start travel from bangalore to nellore they are not stopping near washroom for ladies they are showing open area how could it be possible for ladies to go toilet in open area? And how can we travel without going for washroom for 8 hrs journey? Please take proper response on this? And i paid 1900rs per ticket with out proper facilities
