I have booked a ticket for my mother from hyderabad to guntur on 12th sept 2023 in morning star travels mobile application. And the boarding point is nizampet @ 10:21 pm.
But the bus reached at boarding point (nizampet) at 11:10 pm.
The shocking fact is, the delay is not an unexpected delay, instead it was because of bus timings for that bus was changed and the same was not changed in the application.
All the bus staff and related branch staff were already aware of the changed timings.
But the changed timings were not implemented in mobile application and so no passenger were aware of those timings, which is causing a waiting time of 50 mins for all the passengers .
The worst part is, when i called the driver and ameerpet branch people and asked about the reason for delay, they are carelessly saying that, it was not a delay, but it was because of changed bus timings and asking us to go and complaint.
And the ameerpet branch staff and bus driver said that, they also informed multiple times to management to change the bus timings in the application,
but management is not doing so, without caring about passengers, which is very irresponsible behaviour and carelessness about the rules and regulations and causing very much inconvenience to all the passengers.
Please look into this and teach a lesson for morning star travels management for that irresponsible behaviour and for causing troubles to passengers.
