Motilal oswal is the only amc which passes on 60 rs of their own bank charges to the customer to start a sip! This charge was unauthorised by the customer in the first place.
Further, i have submitted a stop sip instruction on 29 no 2017 to karvy. However 45 days later (Upto 13 jan 2018) the stop sip has still not been processed. I have proactively emailed moamc a copy of the customer ack. Slip on 11 jan 2018. I am still to get a confirmation of the stop sip.
The back end and administration of motilal oswal is not the customer's problem. And the customer is already paying 2.5% as a management fee. I want the sip to be stopped immediately and the bank charges to be refunded. Was this information helpful? |
