I have bought a Moto G 2nd Gen. about 10 months ago. It was working fine till 15th august 2015. Now, it is showing problem with front Camera and earphone jack as well as ear phones.
I called at the motorola customer care and they asked me to do some steps as:
clear cache
and if clear cache don't resolve my problem they ask for factory reset (in this the data will be lost)
i did clear cache step.
and went to service center.
there they say that it will take 8-10 working days for camera and 25 working days for earphone jack.
and when i asked to provide me another handset till the date, they denied.
Sir, we are from a middle class family. we have that much of money to buy too many spare handset for ourselves. we save for a good one and when it stopped working (even in warranty period) and the service provider deny to help. what should we do????
I am really disappointed with the company as the company profile is famous for the sound quality of their products and services but sir without earphones and jack. what is the use of wasting money.
