My phone was not serviced in warranty. Rather they are asking for repair charges of 18000/- approx where a new phone is now 18000/-. I had escalated issue with director services and not getting satisfactory answer or resolution. My service request # soin[protected].
Always they send email saying it has physical damage, however the screen is covered under shatter proof warranty which they are not obliging.
