Triotonic systems, jamnagar, gujarat, authorised service centre not providing service and harrasing the customer, when they are giving chargeble service they will get parts within 5 days but for warranty period they are not getting parts even after 22 days .and for chargeble service also they are using duplicate parts.

also find attached copy of manual job sheet mobile given on 6th February 2017 but computerized job sheet for demanding parts on 24th February 2017 with job sheet no. SRINE[protected] means 17 days no action taken from service center. these shows how lethargic they are doing.
still today there is no response from the service center and also not responding & not talking properly with the customer.
please find the solution for new piece replacement from the company.
