I purchased a handset of motorola, model e4 plus on[protected].
Within these eight months my handset is in service centre for 4th time. First i faced the issue of ghost touch just after the 8 days of purchasing the handset. I gave handset to service centre, they told that motherboard issue has been resolved. I stared using handset and within a day i realize that issue is still there. Again i gave the handset to service centre which i received back after approximately 20 days of wait. This time they changed the touch screen.
Now, again i am facing the problems, touch screen is not working at all. I cant even switch off the handset.
This handset is in warranty period, i am making rounds to your service centre. I am worried that after the warranty period also i will face these issues and i will have to waste my money on this. Motorola delivered a faulty handset to me, i don't want to pay for your mistakes and don't want to keep making rounds to your service centres.
