I have submitted my phone (Moto G (2nd Gen)) on 23rd Oct 2015 at a authorized service center for Motorola (I-Pick solutions India Pvt. Ltd., Bhagat Singh Market, Connaught Place, New Delhi) to fix the problem of Power Button Not Working Properly and they promised me to deliver my phone on 26th Oct 2015 which they couldn't and today (29th Oct 2015) they are saying that the part which has to be replaced has not yet arrived and it may take another 4-5 days time. Apart from this they are not even committing the date for delivery as they are saying its not in their hands. And they ended up saying to call the customer care of Motorola and raise the issue.
