I Vijay Shah, (CONTACT NUMBER: [protected]) resident of KALYAN had purchased a brand new MOTO G (2nd Generation)(XT1068) IN (5th June 2015) and I am facing frequent problems in the device and I have submitted my Mobile since 5th September 2015 due to Touchpad issue but i m not getting any positive feedback and it’s been TWO months now still i have not received my mobile. Every day I call them they give me reasons that parts are not available and you will get your mobile within 4-5 days, which is totally a false statement. Even the call centre team is telling lie that parts are send to the customer care at Thane (Eternity Mall). But the customer care refused to have any parts confirmation. I m a engineering student I have wasted hours of my precious time since my exams and submissions are on my head I have decided to write you I just want the cell phone to be replaced as soon as possible or refund my bill amount or else I have to rush to Consumer forum .
The service centers are not responding to my queries properly.
