Bought a motorola pulse escape bluetooth headset and it has 2 months of warranty left but the charging isn't working. Motorola isn't providing a replacement as it was bought from amazon and is neither providing a service denial letter which amazon wants for providing a replacement. Have sent an email to the head of the service dept. Of motorola and the vendors who provide repair services but no response since last 3 days. Amazon is being helpful but it's motorola which is neither exchanging the item nor is helping with getting an exchange from amazon.
